San Marzano tomatoes are a popular heirloom paste tomato. Known for their dry flesh and few seeds, they are perfect for tomato sauce. The San Marzano plant we grew in 2021 out-produced all of our other tomato varieties. If you want to can a lot of tomatoes, this one is a great choice. Longer and thinner than a typical Roma-style tomato.
