Kabocha Winter Squash

85-90 Days.  The Kabocha is a popular Japanese winter squash that is shaped similarly to a buttercup but without the “cup” on the bottom.  Rich, dark orange flesh with an exceptional nutty flavor.  Sweet and fine texture.
