German Pink

The German pink is a potato leaf, indeterminate variety that produces large 1-2 pound beefsteak tomatoes.  The flesh is meaty without many seeds.  Very little cracking or blossom scars.  This is an excellent all-purpose tomato great for canning, freezing, or slicing.  85 days, indeterminate.

In our 2021 Garden, this variety was one of the later tomatoes to produce.  However, produce it did!  Tons of 12-20 oz tomatoes off of huge, vigorous, healthy plants.  The flavor was good.  This tomato is a great all-purpose variety for canning and slicing.
